    I think the answer is Exothermic solution formation

    Since there is no change in the molecule structure of the substance, we could not consider this a chemical reaction.

    Since the temperature of the solution rises, it gives off heat to its surrounding (Not absorb it), so i believe it will be considered as exothermic.
