The volume of oxygen produced is calculated as follows

    write the equation for reaction

    2 F2 + 2 H2O = 4 FH + O2

by use of moles ratio of water vapor to O2 produced which is (2:1) the volume of O2 = 7.3 x 1/2 = 3.7 L
