How is the motion of particle in a gas different from the motion of particles in a liquid?

    Motion of particles in a gas move more freely and faster. Particles in a liquid are slower and can't move as freely to take up space in the container it's in. There are fewer particles in gases so they spread out more making it easier to move, liquids have more so they move slower and the particles don't have as much room to move around.
