Explain why one molecule of nabh4 will reduce only two molecules

    m - acetylbenzaldehyde which has both an aldehyde and a ketone. Thus each molecule takes two hydrogens and borohydride. Borohydride has four hydrides to give, so it will reduce two molecule.
