9. 1.9 mol HCl and 3.2 mol NaOH react according to the equation

HCI + NaOH → NaCl + H2O

Calculate the grams of H2O formed.

    Explanation:

    1 Mole of HCl produces 1 mole of water

    So 1.9 moles producers 1.9 moles of water

    = (2*1.008 + 16) * 1.9

    = 18.016 * 1.9

    = 34.23 grams H2O.
