    More is the vapor pressure of a substance more will be the kinetic energy present within the molecules of a substance. As a result, weaker will be the intermolecular forces present within a substance.

    Hence, more readily the substance will change into vapor state. As in the given situation liquid sample A has a higher vapor pressure than liquid sample B. So, liquid sample A will vaporize readily.

    Thus, we can conclude it can be said about Sample A compared with Sample B that the liquid in Sample A vaporizes more easily than in Sample B.
