Answer: The total weight of the baby after 3 months should be 5.732 kg.

    Explanation:

    Weight of the Sara's brother = 4.1 kg = 4100 g (1 kg = 1000 g)

Rate by which baby should gain weight = 136 g/week

    In 1 week baby should gain = 136 g

    1 month = 4 week

    So, in 3 months = 4 * 3 = 12 weeks

    So, weight gain by baby in 12 weeks = 12 * 136 g = 1,632 g

    Total weight of the baby = 1,632 g + 4100 g = 5,732 g = 5.732 kg

The total weight of the baby after 3 months should be 5.732 kg.
