    9.76L

    Explanation:

    The ideal gas formula is p1v1/t1=p2v2/t2

    Cross mutiply

    P1v1t2=p2v2t1

    Make v2 the subject of formula

    P1v1t2/p2t2=v2

    P1=760 ATM

    V1=0.028L

    T1=273k

    P2=3.8 ATM

    V2=?

    T2=203°c to Kelvin equals to 273+203=476k

    Substitute the values given into the formula

    760*0.028*476/3.8*273

    =10129.28/1037.4

    =9.76

    Therefore the V2 is 9.76L
