The motion of the floating inner tube as the water waves passes by after produced by the speed boat is oscillating motion. In an oscillating motion the back and forth movement occurs. In this occurrence only the beginning motion is performed by the action that is back, the reverse motion is forth, which happens by the force applied to give the inner tube that is on striking of the wave.
