Sugar does not conduct electricity at any concentration as it is covalent compound.

    Explanation:

By increasing concentration, conduction increases but in case of sugar or other molecules which form covalent bond are unable to conduct. For the conduction of electricity, formation of ions in the solution is must. Charged particles is the condition for the conduction of electricity.
