The mass number of Fez is 56. How many neutrons are there in a single Fez atom?

    Mass number is indicative of the number of protons and neutrons in the nucleus of Fez. The number of protons present in a neutral atom is equal to that of the number of electrons. Hence the number of neutrons present = 56 - number of electrons.
