During heating or cooling processes, how are changes in enthalpy and temperature related?

    AS more heat is provided to a system the temperature which is the Average kinetic energy of the molecules in the system increases this increase is a direct increase in the Enthalpy (total potential energy of the system) of the system. In cooling the exact opposite happens.
