Which element, if combined with chlorine, will have the greatest attraction for the chlorine electrons?

    Nitrogen, as it is more electronegative than chlorine and can attract chlorine electrons towards itself, but P and As will not attract electrons from CI rather CI will attract electrons from P and As.
