    The overall reaction rate decrease

    Explanation:

    Collisoin Theory define the chemical reaction kinetics and their factor affecting. According to Collision theory of chemical reaction, when reactant molecules collide effectively then reaction took place.

    The overall reaction rate are depends mainly on four main factor according to collision theory;

    (1) Temperature

    (2) Prsence of catalyst

    (3) Reactant Concentration

    (4) Surface Area

    Here, Overall reaction rate increasing upon increasing surface area and vice - versa. Since, surface area is directly proportional to volume and here volume is decreased from 5 lit - 2Lit. hence, overall reaction rate is also decreased.
