Which type of chemical bond accounts for the high electrical conductivity in a bar of pure silver (ag) ?

    This is referred to as a covalent bond. The reason why a pure bar of silver would have a level of electrical conductivity is because pairs silver atoms share an electron. As such, this allows the electrical current to move more freely through the silver.
