What would happen to the size of a helium balloon as it moves higher into the atmosphere (pressure decreases with altitude) ? And why you would hear air rushing out from a bottle of non-carbonated water that has been sitting out on a hot day?

    According to the gas law, PV = nRT. So the volume will increase as the pressure decreases. And the pressure will increase as the temperature increase. So the air will rushing out after being heated.
