    The solution would be like this for this specific problem:

    Ne = 10p and 11n

    mass of 1 proton = 1.0072765 amu

    mass of 1 neutron = 1.0086649 amu

    Δmass = 10x1.0072765amu + 11x1.0086649amu - 20.98846amu = 0.179619 amu

    E / nucleus = (0.179619amu / nucleus) x (1.660539x10^-27kg / 1amu) x (2.99792x10^8 m/s) ² = 2.6807x10^-11 J / nucleus

    E / mole = (0.179619amu / atom) x (1.660539x10^-27kg / 1amu) x (6.022141x10^23 nuclei / mole) x (2.99792x10^8 m/s) ² = 1.6143x10^13 J / mole of nuclei
