    charles law implies that at constant pressure V=kT where k is the constant of proportionality

    when u increase the volume of a fixed pressure of a gas, that fixed pressure changes (decreases). so to increase the pressure back to its original value (cuz it should be fixed) u need to increase the temperature of the molecules so that they can restore the original pressure if the gas
