How does 0.5 m sucrose (molecular mass 342) solution compare to 0.5 m glucose (molecular mass 180) solution?

    The sucrose solution will have more mass (81gram) than glucose solution.

    In molality, the mole of the molecule is divided by the kilograms of solvent. In this case, the molality is same but the molecular mass of sucrose is higher than glucose (342 compared to 180). The difference in the weight should be (342g+1000gr) * 0.5 - (180+1000) * 0.5 = 81gram
