    Explanation:

    C1 = 5M

    V1 = ?

    C2 = 1.3M

    V2 = 50mL

    C1V1 = C2V2

    5 x V1 = 1.3 x 50

    V1 = (1.3 x 50) / 5

    V1 = 13mL
