    The first one, vegetable soup, the reason being is that all of the other solutions, are uniform, in the sense that you can't tell apart or differentiate the components within the mixture by simply looking at, whether as in vegetable soup, assuming it has small pieces of vegetables, it is heterogenous as not all components are dissolved or present as one, there is more than 1 phase or substance that can be told apart.
