    The Equilibrium * constant, K determines if a reaction strongly favors products or reactants at equilibrium. * Equilibrium is when the rate of the forward reaction equals the rate of the reverse reaction. All reactant and product concentrations are constant at equilibrium. If K is less than 1, the mixture contains mostly reactants.
