A. This is possible because the Minitrex does not have legal access to any clients data or documentation. Therefore this is made possible due to lack of access to data.

B.

Since there is no proper coordination, documentation and organization, it is possible for different workers to call the same customer over-and-over again without knowing. This can be very annoying and make them lose customer's patronage.
