    Clean the printer head

    Explanation:

There are two ways to clean the printer head, to use the self-cleaning application provided by the inkjet printer, however, if that method does not work, the user would have to do it manually. The steps are described below.

    Self Cleaning on Windows

Click the start button and search for control panel Locate and open "Device and Printers" setting Right-click on the printer and select "Properties" Click on the 'hardware' tab Click on 'clean ink cartridges' Confirm by clicking Ok.

    Self Cleaning on Mac

Click the Apple menu and select 'System Preferences' Open 'Printer & Scanner' option and select the printer Click on 'Options and Supplies' and click on the utility tab. Click on 'Open printer utility' Select the 'Cleaning' option. Follow the instructions and you can print a test page to verify.

    Manual Method.

Ensure that the printer is turned off and unplugged. Remove the print head sector. Mix isopropyl alcohol and water in equal proportions Place the print head sector in the mixture for about 2 minutes Clean with a dry towel and wait to completely dry before inserting it into the printer Print a test page to confirm.

Follow the above steps to fix the problem.
