You are a computer Tech. You have been asked to solve a computer problem. The office manager says his computer not working correctly and has important data on it like, customer and employee. It freezes and does not seem to record correctly upon saving a word document for example. What is the process and steps you would take to solve his issue? What do you think is going on, what questions would you ask and what would you do to solve the problem?

    You have to check the recovery function in Word for expample to save your manager file as much as possible.

    Explanation:

    After that you have to remove the software which contains the issues and reinstall it to make sure it works correctly.
