An example is when you play the game telephone in which one person whispers a message to the ear of the next person through a line of people until the last player announces the message to the entire group. Most of the time everyone hears a different thing from each person which is a misunderstanding. This can be avoided by each person giving indivisaul attention to the other and listening with an open mind. In turn the other person must speak clearly and give direct body language.
