Do you think it's harder to manage an IT project or a traditional project, such as building construction? Justify your response.

    Answer: IT (Information technology) project is harder to manage as compared to tradition projects because of the following reasons:-

    IT projects requires people who persist the knowledge about the programming skills of the present time as well as should be updated about the upcoming technology whereas the worker in the traditional constructional project require the same skill set to construct the buildings. If members of the project in IT sector leave the project then it becomes difficult to add new members and to make them understand the project and its execution again whereas construction workers can be replaced with same set of skill workers easily for doing the same job. More number of skill sets are required in the IT project as compared with the traditional construction project.
