    The answer would be 1/720 if you are allowed to start the password with 0 which I believe is allowed since if that wasn't allowed the answer would be 1/648 which isn't an option

    If Elijah randomly chooses 3 different digits, the probability that he chooses his pass code is going to be 1/720. The correct answer is B.
