    Explanation:

    Microsoft word offers a feature that enable user to sort a list in a document. To do so, we need to drag over our mouse and select the list we want to sort and then follow the steps below:

    Go to the Home tab Paragraph group Click the "Sort" button on the Paragraph group If you wish to sort a list alphabetically, choose "Paragraphs" and "Text" under the "Sort By". Next chose either "Ascending" or "Descending" Finally, click "Ok" to complete the sorting task.
