Solution:
the right answer is 160%
To write any decimal as a percentage, just remember that "percentage" means "out of one hundred". Multiply the decimal number by 100, and put the "%" sign behind it.
then 1 becomes 100%, and if that number greater than 1 is greater than 100%.
