    Clean the rollers

    Explanation

As you will move to the printer control panel, "Select" for opening the printer menu, and then you are required to select the "Paper handling." Now you need to scroll down or up in the menu for finding and selecting "Tray". Now select the "Heavy" or the "Card Stock", and this can select from the Tray menu. Finally, close by clicking on "Resume". You will also be required to alter the printer settings.

The mentioned condition happens when the roller is not clean, and hence we either need to clean the rollers or we need to replace the rollers. It depends upon the state and condition of the roller. However, at first, the technician will suggest the user clean the roller only.
