    Answer: b) Greg's coworker

    Explanation:

According to the situation described in question, Greg's co-worker seems to be the main cause of Greg's mistake which made his supervisor upset. As Greg's co-worker invited his for lunch by stating that they can got for lunch at any time. This was a misleading and inappropriate information he gave to Greg. Thus, Greg agreed to come along with co-worker for lunch. Although Greg shouldn't have agreed to co-worker's offer without finishing the handbook and schedule reading from which he would be able to get correct information about employees work and break schedule. Thus, he didn't perform his duty well but he is not most responsible for the mistake comparatively. Other options are incorrect because Supervisor and HR department are not involved in the activity between Greg and his co-worker. Thus, the correct option is option (b).

    B. Greg's co-worker. I feel as though its was also kind of Greg's fault because before listening to his co-worker he should've confirmed with his supervisor.
