Using Table Style Option you can create first row as the header of the table

    Explanation:

The "Table Style Options" section of the ribbon on the "Table Tools-->contextual tab lets you inform/indicate that your data has a header row.

To add a table with a header row

On the ribbon--> click Insert, and then click Table. Choose how many rows and columns you want for your table.

Now the table will be created with the number of rows and columns specified by you. Then,

Click on the "Table tools" and then click "Design" In the "table style" option group select the check box "header row".

The above steps will make sure that you create an header row.
