You need to install and configure a DHCP server.

Explanation:

The first thing you should do is configure the DHCP server which will be used to assign the dynamic IP addresses. Then, you can use the DHCP scope to assign the range of IP addresses that you will need, as well as the default gateway, the subnet mask and the type of subnet.
