    Option C is false.

Option A is true about the statement because power consumption will involve mobile devices. Option B is true about the statement because mostly features in the mobile devices are unavailable on mobile devices such as portability that is we can use mobiles anywhere and any time and they have one of the best features of calling and messaging anywhere at any time.
