PFDs are kept where they can be grabbed quickly by anyone on board.

Personal Flotation Devices should be chosen according to passengers' chest size and weight. The passengers should have their PFDs fitted and be informed where the PFDs are stored. It should be stored where it can be grabbed immediately. The passengers must know that PFDs should be discarded when its strap is torn.
