How does IP software reassemble fragments that arriveout of order?

    The IP software reassembled into the IP fragments which is known as the internet protocol process which break the packets in the form of small fragments by which the resulting packets are passed in the link provided with the MTU (Maximum transmission unit) other than original packet. Then, the host received the IP fragmented packet and then it reassembled the packet and passed in the higher layer of protocol.
