Despite that it is the responsibility of the technical support team to maintenance all the computer systems in an organization, it is also the responsibility of individual users of these computer systems to ensure they handle their computer systems with care and carry out some basic maintenance activities on the computer systems assigned to them to avoid total break down of the computer systems. The users of these computer systems should be able to carry out some basic maintenance activities like, cleaning the computer system of dust, updating some of the applications, etc.
