    Explanation:

    An impaired driver is a person that is unable to drive or that has no control over the car, if you come accross one in the streets you need to call 911 because they can harm themselves and others and be careful not to get to close to the car because it can cause an accident. The signals could be excesive low or high speeds, inconsistent speed, swerving side to side or crossing the center line, or driving againts the trafic, not stopping at stop lights or re lights or jumping out of the vehicle while its running.
