Data flowing through system bus per second = frequency * no. of bytes per sample.

Here, sample = bus width*no. of bytes = 4 bytes. Total bytes flowing through system bus = 100GHz * 4=400GBps.

Now we need to find the no. of seconds for 1GB to pass through system bus.

    =1GB/400GBps = 1/400 sec = 0.0025 sec.

    The answer is self explanatory.
