    The answer is : Boot the computer from a clean anti-virus disk and scan for viruses. Try booting into Safe Mode and run an antivirus scan from there. If Safe Mode will not boot, try booting normally but press and hold the shift key when Windows starts to load. By doing this, the pc would prevent the malware from loading when Windows is started.
