Write a description of the three interviews you conducted.

I have conducted many interviews from which I am sharing few of those. I am planning to describe interviews conducted in 3 different ways.

Explanation:

1. One-to-One interview: The interview will be conducted by one HR/Technical Lead with one interviewee.

Consider I am an HR and this is the introductory round. I would ask him introduce his profile and what he knows about the company and then let him to next round by informing about the position for which he has been taken and whom to meet.

2. Panel interview: Here where an interviewee will be interviewed by many persons, we can call a panel will be set up and panel members will post questions to select the right candidate.

Consider here I am a technical person where I am testing his logical understanding. My panel will shoot out logical questions to test the skill and here the interviewee is expected to have an eye contact with everyone and answer skillfully.

3. Many-to-Many: Many interviewer will conduct interview for many interviewee. So, this might happen when the hiring is bulk.

I may post same question to more than one answer and post a different to other set of persons.
