You are reviewing new RAM to purchase of a gaming computer and have found three different RAM modules that have everything the same except CAS Latency. Option A list the CL as 18 ns, Option B lists the CL as 20 ns and Option C lists CL as 15 ns. Which option would work best for a gaming computer?

    Explanation:

    The CAS (Column Access Strobe) latency on RAM defines how much time it passes to access a specific memory allocation in memory. In this problem, we hace different latencies with very similar CAS parameters.

    Although a difference of a few nano seconds may seem very little, a computer program needs access to RAM memory hundreds of thousands of times, making 1 ns a real difference in an overall usage. Thus, to have a better experience it is recommended to use low latency CAS RAM so that programs and games can have quicker access to it.
