The answer is False. There will never be a way to know the best way to exempt yourself from a situation. For example, you are on a train, and the train's brakes break! The train is full-speed, and is going to hit a car that parked on the train tracks! The car has 7 people in it, and the train has 20, who will you save? You can only jump off the train and warn the people, but the train will crash and kill all the 20 people inside of it. But the people in the car will be safe. Or you can stay on the train, and fix the brakes before the train crashes, but it will still hit the car, and the people inside the car will die. There is no "best" way out of the situation, innocent people will die either way. (Comment what you would do below).
