    System log.

    Explanation:

The system log document contains events that are registered by elements of the system software.

So, when she has a problem with crashing Windows and suspects the malware causes it to crash. She also issued application failures which caused the requests to close.

Then, she can check the system log throughout the Event Viewer and then see if malware causes the Windows system to crash and errors in the app, system errors, and other errors.
