    Explanation:

    DHCP request stage is one of the four stages in DHCP when clients make a choice of the IP address they prefer. At this all the client wants to focus on is making the right choice of IP address which will be preferable.

    After the client decides on the preferred IP address, the host accepts the IP address and the server broadcasts this acceptance across the network so no other DHCP servers offer IP addresses.
