Updating all aplications, and implement another layer of protection.

    Explanation:

With every update programs usually carry new security patches, it is always recommended to have the latest version of the programs you use. Sometimes, because of incompatibilities or errors, the newest version can cause problems too. So the administrator has to do several things.:

-First, confirm that all programs are up to date (and update them if they are not)

-If they are, and the problem is still present, the next step is to check if there's any other version of the program that doesn't have the incompatibility.

-It is highly recommended for another layer of protection to be added if it's not present, like antivirus or specialized firewall.

-If after all of this the vulnerabilities are still present, it might be necessary to substitute the programs.
