3D (three dimensional) modelling is developing a mathematical representation of three dimensional surface of an object via software.

The object obtained via 3d modelling has 6 degrees of freedom. 6 degrees of freedom has any object that has the freedom of movement in three dimensional space. The object is free to change it position upwards, backwards, down, up, left, right, yaw, pitch and roll. These are 6 degrees of freedom,
