Change the boot order in the BIOS

    Explanation:

Boot order has been set from the BIOS settings. There we can select multiple option for boot such as boot from USB, Boot from Disk, Boot from CD ROM. Usually, we set the option in BIOS that Boot from disk. That will start the operating system that has been already installed in Disk Drive. If we want to update or upgrade operating system then we change the boot option to CD ROM or USB, where the setup of operating system is available.

Technician should change boot order from BIOS setting to fix the issue.
