microphones enhance the quality of recordings by converting mechanical vibrations into electrical signals.

    Explanation:

While talking, sound waves generated by voice bring energy to the microphone. Sound we can gather is energy brought by vibrations in the air. When the sound waves nailed it the diaphragm in the microphone vibrated and the coil correlated to it also oscillates as well. Through the magnetic field, a coil oscillates by which the current flows.

The permanent magnet engenders a magnetic field that penetrates through the coil. The electric current transpired out from the microphone to an amplifier or sound recording device.
